  • SiriusXM subscription costs (managed directly by SiriusXM LLC)
  • Hardware purchases from third-party retailers
  • Subscription fees for other satellite or digital radio services

For refunds related to third-party subscriptions, please contact the respective provider directly.

3. Cancellation Policy

Service Appointments

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit
  • No-show: No refund

Ongoing Services

For recurring or ongoing service agreements, you may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. You will be billed for services rendered up to the cancellation date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
